I have stayed twice in this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect.
The rooms are clean, spacious and wonderfully appointed. Having the option of bath was great.
The look and feel is amazing all around the hotel. Location is perfect as it is close to old town but peacefully away from any noise at night.
The food is spectacular and it is clear to see why it has a Michelin rating.
An easy choice for every visit now.

the location is PERFECT, could not be better, the public transport very nearby, so SUPER.

The wifi is bad in the room 306.
need a mat in the bathtube, slippery!
For a 4 star hotel it is not done that there is no airco, is urgently needed, the rooms are bloody hot, slept the last night with the reception, there was airco! because i already slept 3 nights nearly not because of the heatness.
spoke the manager, and he understood my problem, so solve this as soon as possible, and you get a 10 + for your hotel and location

The service could not be better, smallest details thought of. The staff is skilled, friendly, helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. The breakfasts were elaborate, enormous.

The staff were very attentive and could not do enough for you. The breakfast had plenty of choice and nicely laid out. The general atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and comforting.
Our first night was spent in a front facing room (203). The top window could not be closed and as a result it was very noisy during the night with lorries going up and down. I was unable to sleep, however, in the morning after speaking to reception, we were moved to the back of the hotel (309) and enjoyed the rest of the nights without noise.
